Tax Forms are available NOW in online banking

Your 2021 tax forms are now available in Access 24 Online Banking. If you are enrolled for eStatements, you should have received an email  stating that your tax information is ready to view.  You will need to log into your account that  the tax information pertains to, just like you do for eStatements.    Please be aware that if you have an HSA account shared with your main account, the main account login will not show tax forms for the HSA. To view the tax forms for your HSA, you will need to log into the HSA account directly. If you have any questions, call us at 937-222-8971.  Please also note that if you are enrolled in eStatements, you will not get a paper copy of your tax form. Members who are not enrolled in estatements will receive their tax forms in the mail.
